Refund policy

IMPORTANT: We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on Mattresses, Beds, Bed sheets, Bed linen, Duvets and Rugs or assembled furniture unless faulty.

Any returns accepted by our Customer service team will issue a credit note or refund to the customer, only after inspecting the returned item. The price of the returned product will be refunded, Delivery and shipping costs will not be refunded.

You may not return goods if they are ordered specifically for you. We have to be notified of any damages on these items within 48 hours. If we are not notified within this time frame, Ennis Home Furniture will not accept any responsibility.

Prior to returning the goods by post or courier, please contact our team who will guide you through our hassle free returns procedure. This may include inspection of the goods, arranging for the goods to be sent for repair, or providing you with a replacement.

Goods must be returned within a reasonable timeframe. This timeframe may vary from product to product and you will be advised of this by our Customer Assist Team.

Refunds will be made via the method of payment you used to make your online purchase. Refunds will normally be processed within seven (7) days of receipt of the returned goods (as set out herein) or cancellation of the order.
